There is no alternate market that has a clear trade path for the black table grapes, in particular the Midnight Beauty. They won’t get the same sort of returns on the local market, and at the moment we do have an oversupply of table grapes on the local market.

We know that there is over-supply in the market, that there is a lower demand – and we decided to keep production as it is. It will stay for another month at this low price, but I’m sure the price will rebound.
