Anti-Dumping Duty investigation concerning imports of Fishing Net

Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act 1975 as amended in 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the Act) and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-Dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995, the Designated Authority issued a final finding vide Notification No.14/29/2015 dated 24th March, 2017 in the case of anti-dumping investigation regarding imports of ‘Elastomeric Filament Yarn’ from China PR, South Korea, Taiwan and Vietnam. The Department of Revenue issued the duty Notification No.15/2017-Customs (ADD) dated 3rd May, 2017.

2. In the Final Finding Notification No.14/29/2015 dated 24th March, 2017 the HS codes in column no.2 of the Duty table under para 115 should be read as 54041100, 54024400 and 54026990 which is also mentioned in para 16 of the said Notification.

3. The term ‘Any’ in column 5 & 6 of the duty table under para 115 should be read as ‘Any Country other than the Subject Country’.
