Chinese company CFLD keen to invest in Haryana

A delegation of China Fortune Land Development Co. Ltd (CFLD) on Wednesday held a meeting with Capt. Abhimanyu Singh Sindhu, Industries and Commerce Minister of Haryana to discuss opportunities for investment and set up a joint venture in the state.
According to official sources after the Chinese conglomerate Wanda Group, CFLD is yet another company that has shown interest to set up a joint venture in Haryana. Headed by Xingchuan Liu, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of CFLD, a five-member delegation, met the Industries and Commerce Minister in Chandigarh, the source said. "The delegation had discussions on investment opportunities in the areas of automobile, aerospace, electronics and food processing in the state," it said. Xingchuan Liu, mentioned during the discussion, that their firm would provide its schemes’ proposal to the state by the end of June.
A number of international investors are attracted to invest in Haryana and establish their ventures in the state, after the success of 'Happening Haryana - Global Investors Summit', the source stated. Capt Abhimanyu informed the media that Haryana was a favourable place for businesses because of its geographic location and the ample opportunities that the Govt of Haryana provides to investors in the state.
China Fortune Land Development Co Ltd is primarily engaged in the construction and development of industrial towns and urban real estate. The town development and construction business of the company include infrastructure construction, land preparation, public utility services, industrial development services, and development of residential apartments.
