CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION

Sun Set Review (SSR) investigation of the anti-
dumping duties imposed on the imports of
“Coumarin”, originating in or exported from China PR.

Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act 1975, as amended from time to time (hereinafter also referred to as the Act) and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Antidumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules 1995, as amended from time to time (hereinafter also referred to as the Rules) thereof, the Designated Authority has issued the final findings, vide notification No.15/26/2014-DGAD dated 2nd March, 2016 in respect of the subject anti-dumping investigation.

2. The Customs Sub-heading No.“2932.21” wherever appearing in the above stated final findings, shall be read as “29322010”.
