Export Inspection Council Contributory Provident Fund Rules, 1969 amendment

Dated April 17, 2015 | Copy of | Notification | In exercise of the powers conferred by section 17 of the Export (Quality Control and Inspection) Act, 1963 (22 of 1963), the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Export Inspection Council Contributory Provident Fund Rules, 1969, namely:- 1. (1) These rules may be called the Export Inspection Council Contributory Provident Fund (Amendment) Rules, 2015. 2. In the Export Inspection Council Contributory Provident Fund Rules, 1969 after rule 37, the following rule shall be inserted, namely:- “38. Continuation of disciplinary proceeding:- If any disciplinary proceeding instituted while the employee was in service either before his retirement or during his re-employment, shall, after retirement of the employee, be deemed to be proceedings and shall be continued and concluded by the authority by which it was commenced in the same manner as if the employee has continued in service.”
