Import morphine, Codeine thaebaine and their salts for use in manufacture

In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to rule 54 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Rule, 1985, the Central Government hereby notifies that M/s. Ra Chem Pharma Ltd. Plot No.26 and 27, First Floor, Technocrat Industrial Estate, Balangar, Hyderabad, Telangana-500037 is permitted to import morphine, codeine, thaebaine and their salts for use in manufacture of products to be exported, after following the procedure provided under rule 55 and subject to such conditions as may be specified in the import certificate issued in Form No. 4A of the said rules.

2. This notification shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall remain in force till the 31st day of December, 2016.
