In pursuance of rule 5 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Rules, 1985, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Government of India, Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Notification No.G.S.R.784(E) dated 15-10-2015 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section-3 ,Sub-Section (i), namely:-
