DRAFT NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (o) of sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949 (10 of 1949), the Central Government hereby specifies “dealing in Priority Sector Lending Certificates (PSLCs) in accordance with the guidelines issued by Reserve Bank of India (RBI) as a form of business in which it is lawful for a banking company to engage”.Sd/- (Mohammad Mustafa) Jt.
