In pursuance of sub-section (7) of Section 29A of the National Housing Bank Act, 1987 Central Government, hereby designates the, Additional Secretary/Special Secretary in the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Finance to function as Appellate Authority for deciding the cases relating to appeals of the housing finance institutions aggrieved by the order or rejection of application for registration or cancellation of certificate of registration by National Housing Bank, with immediate effect and until further orders.
