Specified persons appointed as members of the Tea Board

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 4 of the Tea Act, 1953 (29 of 1953), read with rules 4 and 5 of the Tea Rules, 1954, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Tea Board, with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette upto the 1st day of November, 2018 and direct that the following further amendments shall be made in the notification of the Government of India, in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Tea Control), number S.R.O.944, dated the 17th March, 1954, namely:-

In the said notification, for serial numbers 15 to 17 and 21 to 25 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall be substituted, namely:-
