Steel Min invites UK, Luxembourg cos to invest in India
The Dollar Business Bureau Union Minister of Steel, Chaudhary Birender Singh, has extended invitation to firms from the UK and Luxembourg to do investment in India. “The Minister, who was on a three-day visit to the UK and Luxembourg, has invited firms and businessmen from these two countries to do investment in India and become a partner in the country’s growth story,” Ministry of Steel said in a statement on Thursday. Singh had returned to India on Wednesday. He was accompanied by senior officials from Steel Ministry and state-owned steel major SAIL, the statement added. Indian Chamber of Commerce inks MoU with its Luxembourg counterpart
The Dollar Business Bureau The Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC) on Thursday signed an MoU with the Chamber of Commerce of Grand Duchy of Luxembourg to jointly promote and develop trade and economic relations between the two trade partners. This agreement is envisaged to facilitate further co-operation between the members of Luxembourg Chamber and India for discussing concerns and opportunities of mutual interest. As part of the agreement, the two trade bodies will exchange information on the legislation and regulatory procedures required to carry out businesses with each other.
