Energy body refutes reports of centre not pursuing solar plants with 1 lakh MW

US to aid India in developing clean energy technologies

A statement to this effect was informed by Piyush Goyal, Union Minister of State for Power, Coal & New and Renewable Energy (IC), on Monday. In this regard, the Minister informed about the financial commitments given by the banks and financial institutions for Green Energy projects, up to 2021-22.
