PTI Industry captains in West Bengal are unanimous that the Mamata Banerjee-led government should focus on developing infrastructure to attract investment and land availability is not as big an issue as is made out to be. They feel that the government, fresh from a new mandate, has sufficient land at its disposal and the priority is to develop the required infrastructure. "Land is not as major an issue as is made out to be because the government has adequate land banks.
