Dated September 22nd, 2015 | Copy of | Notification No. sl 199 | In pursuance of the approval of the Cabinet vide its minutes of the meeting dated 10th December 2014 the Central Government hereby makes the following scheme for the purpose of providing guarantees in respect of factoring loans. CHAPTER I INTRODUCTION 1 (a) Title and date of commencement (i) The Scheme shall be known as the Credit Guarantee Fund Scheme for Factoring (CGFSF).
