Anti-Dumping Investigation Order Sl.119

In modification of the order dated 4 August, 2015, it is hereby notified for general information that Dr. Inder Jit Singh, Additional Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department of Commerce shall discharge the functions of the Designated Authority with immediate effect, in place of Shri Ajay Kumar Bhalla, Additional Secretary for the purpose of:

(i) The Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidised Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 as amended, and

(ii) Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 as amended.
