Enlistment of Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority's (APEDA)'s Regional Offices located in Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Kolkata and Guwahati under Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential)]- reg.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy 2015-2020, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorize the agency as below to issue GSP Certificate and Certificate of Origin (Non Preferential) under Appendix 2-E:

Accordingly, name of the above agency is added at Serial No.31 {Maharashtra}, at Serial No.9 {Andhra Pradesh}, at Serial No.12 {West Bengal}, at Serial No.8 (Karnataka) and at Serial No.4 (Assam) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorized to issue Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential)] of Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms of FTP 2015-2020.

3. Effect of this Public Notice:

Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority (APEDA), is enlisted under Appendix 2E of FTP 2015-2020 for issuing Certificate of Origin (Non-Preferential).
