Commerce & Industry Notification: No S.O.486(E)

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 4 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Act, 1985 (2 of 1986), read with rule 3 of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as members of the Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority for a period of two years with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Commerce number S.O.486(E), dated the 12th August, 1986, namely:-

In the said notification, (a) for serial number 27 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:- “Appointed under clause (h) of sub-section (4) of section (4): 27. Shri Narinder Singh Bragta                                                                      Member”; Bragta Niwas, Stokes Place Shimla-2, Himachal Pradesh (b) for serial number 39 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall respectively be substituted, namely:- “Appointed under clause (i) of sub-section (4) of section (4): 39. Shri S. Jayapal Reddy,                                                                              Member”. Plot No.66, Mithilanagar Colony Road No.12, Banjara Hills Hyderabad-500034 Telengana
