Anti-dumping investigation concerning imports
of Phenol originating in or exported from
European Unions, Singapore and Korea RP -reg.

Having regard to the Customs Tariff Act 1975 as amended from time to time and the Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Anti-dumping Duty on Dumped Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 thereof, as amended from time to time, the Designated Authority has notified the Final Findings in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of Phenol originating in or exported from European Unions, Singapore and Korea RP vide Notification No.14/13/2014-DGAD dated 12th January, 2016.

2. In partial modification of the above mentioned Notification, Sl.No.1 in the Duty Table is modified as under:
