CORRIGENDUM NOTIFICATION

Mid-term Review (MTR) Anti-dumping investigation concerning
imports of ‘Soda Ash’, originating in or exported from Turkey
and Russia – corrigendum to the Final Finding Notification
No.15/17/2015-DGAD Dated 23rd September, 2016.

Attention is invited to the Final Findings Notification No.15/17/2015-DGAD dated 23rd September, 2016, issued by the Designated Authority in respect of the mid-term review (MTR) investigation concerning imports of ‘Soda Ash’, originating in or exported from Turkey and Russia.

2. In Para 96 of said final findings notification, the reference made to the Final Findings Notification No.14/17/2010-DGAD dated 17th February, 2012 shall be read as Final Findings Notification No.14/3/2011-DGAD dated 9th February 2013 and the reference made to the Customs Notification No.34/2012-Customs (ADD) dated 3rd July, 2012 shall be read as Customs Notification No.08/2013– Customs (ADD) dated 18th April 2013.
