In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Financial Services) number S.O.3065(E) dated the 26th September 2016, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-

2. In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 3, relating to Mumbai Debts Recovery Tribunal No. 3 for under column (3), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“1st Floor, MTNL Telephone Exchange Building, Sector–30A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai–400705”
