Inclusion of Regional Office, Joint DGFT, Rajkot in the
jurisdiction of Committee on Quality Complaint & Trade Dispute
(CQCTD) in Chapter-8 of Hand Book of Procedures, 2015-2020.

In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 1.03 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-20, the Directorate General of Foreign Trade hereby amends the table as in Para 8.01 of Hand Book of Procedures, 2015-20 to include the office of Regional Authority, Raipur under the jurisdiction of Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Bhopal for effective handing of Quality Complaints & Trade Disputes and further introduces the setting up of the Committee in Quality Complaints & Trade Disputes (CQCTD) in the office of Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Rajkot.

The office of the Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Rajkot and Deputy Director General of Foreign Trade, Raipur are included in Para 8.01 under the Western Zone where Committee on Quality Complaint & Trade Dispute (CQCTD) has been constituted.
