In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 9 of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951), the Central Government hereby rescinds the Order of the Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Industry, Department of Industrial Development, number S.O. 125(E) dated 24th February, 1993, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, vide number S.O. 125(E) dated 24th February, 1993, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
