List of Interested Parties who have filed Exporter/Importer
Questionnaire/Legal Submissions in the:

(i) Anti-dumping investigations concerning imports of “Hot-rolled flat products of alloy or nonalloy steel in coils of a width upto 2100mm and thickness upto 25mm and Hot-rolled flat products of alloy or non-alloy steel not in coils (commonly known as sheets and plates) of a width upto 4950mm and thickness upto 150mm”, originating in or exported from China PR, Japan, Russia, Korea RP, Brazil and Indonesia.

The above mentioned anti dumping investigation was initiated on 11th April, 2016, with the last date to file the responses in the investigation extended up to 20th June, 2016 respectively.

2. In this regard, this is to inform that whereas a number of parties have shown interest in these investigations and sent intimation to the Designated Authority to register them as the interested parties, enclosed herewith is the list of interested parties from whom this Directorate has received the Exporter/Importer Questionnaire/Legal Submissions in the above mentioned anti dumping investigation.

3. In case any interested party who claims to have filed questionnaire/submissions but its name is not appearing in the list, the same may be communicated to the undersigned, and soft/hard copies of the response filed earlier may be filed again, along with copy of the acknowledgement receipt of earlier submission, within three working days ffrpm the date of this Office Memorandum.
