Updation in Para 8 (B) of General Notes Regarding Import
Policy of ITC (HS), 2012, Schedule-I (Import Policy).

In exercise of powers conferred by Section 3 of FT (D&R) Act, 1992, read with paragraph 1.02 and 2.01 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2015-2020, as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby updates Para 8 (B) of General Notes Regarding Import Policy of ITC (HS), 2012, Schedule-I (Import Policy), as under:

2. Effect of this Notification: Consequent to the Notification GSR No.395(E) dated 04.04.2016 by the Ministry of Environment, Forests and Climate Change, Government of India, Para 8 (B) of General Notes Regarding Import Policy of ITC (HS), 2012, Schedule-I (Import Policy) stands updated.
