Recovery of Debts Due to Banks

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Recovery of Debts Due to Banks and Financial Institutions Act, 1993 (51 of 1993), the Central Government hereby amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Financial Services) vide number S.O.831(E), dated the 15th March, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), namely:-

In the said notification, in the Table, against serial number 4, relating to the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Siliguri, for the entries under column (3), the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-

“2nd Floor, PCM Tower, 2nd Mile, Sevoke Road, Siliguri-734 001, West Bengal”.
