Dated April, 17, 2015 | Copy of | Notification No.3/2015 | In exercise of powers conferred by sub-clause (ii) of clause (sa) of sub-section (1) of section 2 of the Prevention of Money-laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), the Central Government hereby notifies a Registrar or Sub-Registrar appointed under section 6 of the Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908) as “person carrying on designated business or profession”.
