Shri H.B. Kazmi (Shia) nominated as a member of the Haj Committee of India

In continuation of notification no. S.O. 2024(E), dated 9th June, 2016 and in exercise of the powers conferred by Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 read with Section 15 of the Haj Committee Act, 2002 (35 of 2002), the Central Government, hereby nominates Shri H.B. Kazmi (Shia) as a member of the Haj Committee of India under sub-section (iv)(a) of Section 4 of the said Act, for a period up to 8th June, 2019 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.

In the said notification, serial number (17) and the entries relating thereto, shall be inserted, namely:-
