Specified persons appointed as part-time Members to the Appellate Authority constituted

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 32 of the Actuaries Act, 2006 (35 of 2006), the Central Government hereby appoints the following persons as part-time Members to the Appellate Authority constituted under Section 22A of the Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 (38 of 1949) by the Central Government, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide notification number G.S.R.835(E), dated the 3rd November, 2015, namely:-

2. Person appointed as a Member shall hold office for a term of three years from the date on which he enters his office or until he attains the age of sixty-seven years or till further orders, whichever is earliest.
