The Dollar Business Bureau L&T Technology Services, a thriving arm of the engineering giant Larsen and Toubro, revealed to the media today that it has secured a multi-million dollar contract from a large global semi-conductor company to provide verification support on their expansive portfolio of offerings and products. The Dollar Business Bureau Larsen & Tourbo Hydrocarbon Engineering (LTHE ) on Tuesday announced it has signed a pact with Parsons to provide engineering and design solutions in America."L&T Hydrocarbon Engineering, a leading engineering and construction company and a wholly-owned subsidiary of L&T, announced a teaming agreement with Parsons to provide engineering and design solutions for onshore and offshore projects across the hydrocarbon, fertiliser, chemicals, and modular plant sectors," L&T said in a statement. L&T bags $161mn worth metro project in Saudi Arabia
The Dollar Business Bureau India’s construction giant Larsen & Toubro on Tuesday said that it has won a railway contract worth $161.37 million (Rs.1070 crore) in Saudi Arabia. As part of the project, L&T will build 62.86 kms of double ballastless tracks under tunnel in Riyadh—the capital city of Saudi Arabia. The project is expected to be completed within 40 months. “The order has been won against stiff international competition and is in sync with L&T’s strategy to expand their railway business into the Middle-East,” the company said in a statement.
