Ramco to provide engineering software to Taiwanese airlines

The Dollar Business Bureau   Ramco Systems, the global aviation software provider on clouds, mobiles and tablets, on Tuesday announced that it has signed an agreement with Taiwan-based Far Eastern Air Transport (FAT) to automate its carrier’s maintenance and engineering operations. As part of the agreement, the Taiwanese airline will install Ramco Aviation Suite V5.7 software, which will enable the company track aircraft components more effectively while minimizing paper work and human error. The software comes with advanced reporting and analytics, as well as human resource modules to facilitate employee training and certification. Air France, Ramco to set up innovation lab in Singapore

The Dollar Business Bureau Air France Industries KLM Engineering & Maintenance (AFI KLM E&M) on Thursday announced that it has signed an agreement with Chennai-based Ramco Systems to set up a joint innovation center in Singapore. “A team of around ten people will work there on designing and developing innovative, rapid- deployment solutions for strategic areas in the aircraft maintenance industry, benefitting AFI KLM E&M customers all around the world,” Ramco Systems said in a statement.
