The Dollar Business Bureau   National Institution for Transforming India (NITI Aayog) has partnered with Singapore Cooperation Enterprise (SCE) to launch an urban management programme in New Delhi. Singapore based non-profit organisation Temasek Foundation has granted an amount of SGD 851,750 to financially support the three-year programme.
