Subject: Oral Hearing in the anti-dumping investigation concerning imports of "Cold rolled / cold reduced flat steel products of iron or non-alloy steel, or other alloy steel, of all widths and thickness, not clad, plated or coated", originating in or exported from China PR, Japan, Korea RP and Ukraine-reg.

The above mentioned investigation was initiated by the Designated Authority on 19h April, 2016 and thereafter, the Designated Authority had issued the Preliminary Findings Notification in this investigation on 3rd August, 2016.

2. In this regard, it is notified to all concerned interested parties (as mentioned in part 4.(f), 4.(i) and 4.(j) of the Preliminary Findings Notification No. 14/12/2016 dated 03.08.2016) that the Designated Authority will hold Oral Hearing in this investigation on 13th October, 2016 at 3.30 pin at Room No. 141, Udyog Bliawan, New Delhi-110011. List of the Producers/Exporters/Importers/Traders/Users/Representative Organisations, etc. as mentioned in pant 4.(f), 4.(i) and 4.(j) of the Preliminary Findings Notification No. 14/12/2016 dated 03.08.2016 is also attached herewith for ready reference.

3. Kindly intimate the name (s) and address (es) of the person (s) who are expected to attend the Hearing on your behalf. No person (s) other than those representing you shall be allowed to attend the Hearing. 

4. PLEASE NOTE THAT due to a large number of responses filed in this investigation, you are requested to kindly nominate a maximum of two representatives per participant who are well versed with the issues involved in the investigation for participating in the Oral Hearing.

5. You will be required to submit two copies of the written submissions and the rejoinders (confidential and non-confidential versions) of the views expressed at the Hearing within the date and time schedule to be indicated on the date of Hearing. You MUST also send the written submissions and the rejoinders (confidential and non-confidential versions) in “WORD” format by email at [email protected] and [email protected] within the decided date and time schedule.

6. Kindly take note of the above mentioned schedule and adhere to the same.

7. Kindly acknowledge receipt of this Notice by email to the undersigned.
